All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or public holidays.

In case of high order volume or unforeseen delays, processing times may be slightly extended. Customers will be notified accordingly.


2. Shipping Locations

We currently ship across India. For international shipping inquiries, please contact our support team before placing an order.


3. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery timelines:

  • Metro Cities: 2–5 business days
  • Non-Metro Cities & Rural Areas: 4–10 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on location, courier availability, and external factors such as weather or logistics disruptions.


4. Shipping Charges

  • Standard Shipping: Calculated at checkout based on location and order weight
  • Free Shipping: Available on orders above ₹[amount] (if applicable)

Any additional charges such as remote area fees will be communicated at checkout.


5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via SMS/email. You can use this to track your shipment in real time.


6. Packaging

Our dehydrated food products are packed in airtight, food-grade packaging to ensure freshness, hygiene, and long shelf life during transit.


7. Delivery Issues

If you experience any of the following issues:

  • Delayed delivery beyond the estimated timeline
  • Package marked as delivered but not received
  • Damaged or tampered package

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery notification with your order details.


8. Failed Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to 2–3 times. If unsuccessful:

  • The package may be returned to us
  • Re-shipping charges may apply

9. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping details. We are not liable for delays or losses due to incorrect addresses.


10. Perishable Nature Disclaimer

Although dehydrated foods have a longer shelf life compared to fresh items, they are still sensitive to moisture and handling conditions. We ensure proper packaging, but delays beyond our control may affect product quality.
