At Odryinternational, we take pride in delivering high-quality dehydrated food products with a long shelf life and safe packaging. Due to the nature of our products, we maintain strict quality and safety standards for returns and refunds.

2. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

The product is damaged, defective, or contaminated upon delivery
The wrong item was shipped

To be eligible, you must request a return within 48 hours of delivery and provide proof (photos/videos).

3. Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns for:

Opened or partially consumed products
Products stored improperly after delivery
Items returned without original packaging
Change of mind or taste preferences

4. Refund Policy

Refunds are issued under these circumstances:

Approved return requests due to damage, defects, or incorrect items
Orders canceled before dispatch

Refund Process:

Once your request is approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

5. Replacement Policy

Instead of a refund, customers may opt for a replacement if:

The product arrived damaged or incorrect
The issue is verified by our support team

Replacements are subject to product availability.

6. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be canceled before they are shipped
Once dispatched, orders cannot be canceled

8. Shipping Costs

If the return is due to our error (damaged/incorrect product), we will cover return shipping costs
For other eligible returns (if applicable), shipping costs may be deducted from the refund

Our dehydrated foods are carefully processed, sealed, and tested for shelf stability. Please store products in a cool, dry place and follow usage instructions for best results.
